• Products in mint condition (clean, undamaged, with sealed packaging)

❌ Non-Returnable Items:

• Used, disassembled, or damaged bearings
• Custom/special orders (precision, non-standard sizes)
• Manufacturer defects (covered under warranty policy)

How to Return Your Order

1. Request an RMA Number

   Email info@cxebearing.com with:

   • Order number
   • Product details (SKU/name)
   • Reason for return

2. Ship Your Return

   • Label the package with your RMA number
   • Include a copy of your invoice
   • Use a tracked/insured shipping method (customer pays return shipping)

3. Inspection & Refund

   • Processing time: 3–5 business days after receipt
   • Refunds issued within 3–7 days (minus 20% restocking fee)
