Compared to the LFR series rollers, the LV series offers greater adaptability to rail sizes — a single specification can accommodate a wider range of guide rail diameters, making it ideal for heavy-duty guide systems, mobile equipment, straightening machines, and other applications.

Low Friction & Long Service Life:
The V-groove surface of CXE’s LV(RV) series rollers is finely ground to a surface roughness of Ra 0.32. The V-groove is also precisely parallel to the inner ring’s mounting plane, ensuring even and smooth contact with the guide rail. This minimizes friction and significantly extends service life.

Quick & Efficient Installation:
When used with eccentric shafts, installation is extremely convenient. Simply adjust the eccentric amount to precisely set the desired preload, streamlining the setup and alignment process.
